• We operate our own CAD program, working with you to design your custom home plan, and create the specifications that best fit your needs and budget.
• We work directly with each buyer so you’ll get the benefit of all our education and experience personally designing, bidding, ordering, scheduling, and managing your home every day.
• Our office is available for meetings during or after hours and we are available by cell phone, office phone, fax and e-mail. You are free to contact us at any time, and will get answers.
• We are building your vision, and if you have changes during the construction process we are always happy to review them with you because ultimately it’s your home and we want you to be satisfied with the end product. There may be costs associated with the change, but we do not charge a fee to make the change.

• We have created a five page Building Specifications document that describes in detail what the home will contain, and other activities the buyer can expect.
• By setting these clear expectations we have the opportunity to exceed them; therefore, assuring your satisfaction.
• We provide a color selection schedule and contact sheet so you are not overwhelmed with making selections all at once.
• From the initial specifications we create allowance items on areas you have the ability to affect with your selections like appliances, flooring, shelving etc… When your selections have been made any credit or cost is passed directly to you with no markup.
• We conduct a walk through at the end of the framing stage to give you the opportunity to make final adjustments before drywall.
• Any requested changes are priced and approved before the work begins so you will always know your final cost.
• If the change is accepted it is added to the Change Order Agreement. Another tool to eliminate surprises and exceed expectations.
• In addition to your builders warranty, we provide a LIFETIME customer guarantee.
